- 5 big size onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
- A handful of mint leaves, chopped
- A handful of dhaniya leaves, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tomato, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons of ghee or oil

Add two tablespoons of ginger garlic paste and stir well. Add a finely chopped tomato and fry until it is soft and mushy. Add two tablespoons of biryani masala, one teapoon of geera powder, and one teaspoon of haldi. Fry the masala for a minute or two.
- Add curd and sugar: Add one cup of curd and mix well with the masala. Add salt to taste and one teaspoon of sugar. Add half of the chopped mint leaves and dhaniya leaves and mix well.
