- 2 green chilies
- 1/3 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Ghee (optional)
- Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Haldi powder
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Boil and Fry the Potatoes
- Take 500g of small-sized potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- Boil the potatoes until they are cooked.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the water and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Peel off the skin of the potatoes
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown.
- Remove them from the pan and keep them aside.
