In the same pan, add more oil if required and add jeera and sliced onions. Fry them until they turn light brown.

Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for a few seconds until the raw smell disappears.

Add the chopped tomato and cook until it turns soft and mushy.

Add haldi (turmeric powder), red chili powder, and green chilies. Mix well and cook on low heat for 7 minutes until the masalas are cooked properly
