Masoor Dal Recipe with Mango: A Delicious and Nutritious Meal

– Rinse the masoor dal in water – In a stovetop or kadae, add masoor dal, 2 cups of water. Cook on high heat

– whisk the dal until smooth.

add water ,green chilli,haldi, cook for 5 minute

Heat oil in a pan, add dry chilli and mustard seeds, and let them splutter

– Add the chopped mango and saute for 2-3 minutes.

– Add the cooked dal and salt to taste. Mix well and let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes on high heat.

– Serve hot with steamed rice ,roti or naan bread.
