Lauki ki Sabji with Bata Fish – A Delicious and Nutritious Meal

– Clean and cut the Bata Fish . Sprinkle salt and haldi and keep it aside for 5 minute – Peel and cut the Lauki same as shown in image

1. Add the Bata Fish to the oil and fry them lightly on both sides. 2. Once done, take them out of the pan and keep them aside.

– In the same pan, add 1/2 tsp geera and dry chilli,bay leaf and let it crackle.

– Add the cut Lauki to the pan.Add 1/2 tsp haldi, salt to taste and mix well.

– Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

– add pinch of roasted geera powder,1/2 red chilli powder, pinch of dhaniya powder,1/2 tea spoon ginger paste

After 10 minutes, add the fried Bata Fish pieces to the pan.

Cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.

– Garnish with fresh dhaniya leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or roti
