1. Cut the paneer into cubes, ensuring they are of bite-sized portions. 2. Finely chop the onions and green chillies. 3. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.

Heat some cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste to the hot oil and saute for about a minute until the raw aroma disappears.

Add the onions, green chillies, and diced tomatoes to the pan.

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon each of red chilli powder, turmeric (haldi) powder, cumin (geera) powder, and coriander (dhaniya) powder over the vegetables.  Season with salt, according to your taste preferences. Saute the vegetables for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they become soft and tender.

Once the vegetables are soft, gently add the paneer cubes to the pan. Mix them well with the sauteed vegetables.

Pour in 1/2 cup of plain curd, and ensure all the ingredients are well combined. The curd adds a creamy and tangy flavor to the dish.

Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper over the mixture to enhance the flavors further.add pinch of sugar to balance the taste.

Cover the pan with a lid and let the paneer cook on low heat for an additional 5 minutes. This allows the paneer to absorb all the rich flavors of the spices.

After 5 minutes, turn off the heat. Your delicious and easy paneer recipe is now ready to be served!
