Delicious Lauki Ki Sabji Recipe | How to Make Bottle Gourd Sabji at Home

– Peel the bottle gourd and cut it into small pieces.

– Heat oil in a pan and add the mixed spices and dry red chili. Fry for a few seconds until they start to splutter.

Add the bottle gourd pieces, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder,ginger paste,salt Mix well and fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat

Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the bottle gourd is cooked properly.

– Stir occasionally and check if the bottle gourd is cooked. If it is not cooked properly, cook for a few more minutes.add 1 teaspon of fennel seed paste n mix well

– Once the bottle gourd is cookedand waterdries up , turn off the heat

LAUKI KI SABZI serve hot with roti or rice.
