. Cover the pan and let the bottle gourd cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the fried fish heads to the pan and mix well. Sprinkle the geera powder and dhaniya powder on top and give it a final stir. Cover the pan and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the bottle gourd is tender.add ginger paste
