Bhindi Masala Recipe – A Spicy and Flavorful Delight

1. Wash the bhindi thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt and grime. 2. Dry the bhindi using a dry cloth or kitchen towel. 3. Cut off the head and tail of the bhindi and slice it into thin pieces.

1. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan over medium heat. 2. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced bhindi and fry until they turn golden brown. 3. Remove the bhindi from the pan and keep it aside.

1. In the same pan, add a little more oil if required and heat it over medium heat.

1. Add chopped onions and fry until they turn golden brown.

Add chopped green chilies and ginger,garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Add tomato,haldi,geera powder,dhaniya powder,stir well

. Add the plain yogurt (dahi) to the pan and stir well.[low heat]

1. Add the fried bhindi to the pan and mix well with the masala. 2. Add salt to taste and mix well. 3. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

cover the pan and cook 10 minutes at low heat

after 5 minutes add chopped dhaniya

 your masala bhindi is ready to serve with hot roti or rice.
