– Rinse and chop the green beans into 1-inch pieces. Peel and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

– Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.Add cumin seeds and dry red chilli to the pan and saute for a few seconds.

– Add chopped bodi,aloo,green chillies,tomato ,haldi,salt to the pan and saut for a minute on high heat

– cover it with a lid, and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the potatoes and bodis are soft and tender on low heat

It is important to cook the vegetables on low heat so that they are cooked properly and do not burn. When you cook the sabji on low heat, you do not need to keep opening the lid or stirring it frequently. This will help the sabji cook evenly and prevent it from becoming too creamy. You can open the lid and stir the sabji only twice in 10 minute
