Sweet and Spicy Raw Mango Chutney: A Delicious Condiment for Any Meal

– 2 raw mangoes, peeled and chopped – 3 tablespoons of sugar – 2 dry red chillie – 1 tablespoon of mustard seed – 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder – Salt to taste – 1 tablespoon of oil

– Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add 2 dry red chillies and 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds. Fry until the mustard seeds start to pop.

– Add 2 chopped raw mangoes and stir well.

– Add salt to taste and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Stir well and cover the pan with a lid.

– Let the mangoes cook for 5 minutes on low heat.t

– After 5 minutes, remove the lid and add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes on medium to low heat.

– Once all the ingredients have cooked together, turn off the heat and let the chutney cool down.
