Seem ki Sabji: A Delicious and Nutritious Indian Dish

Begin by washing and chopping the Seem into small pieces, as shown in the image

– Heat oil in a pan and add dry chilli, Kalonji. Stir for a few seconds.

– Add the chopped Seem,haldi and salt to the pan and mix well.

– Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat,add green chillies, stirring occasionally.

– Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Check in between and stir occasionally.

– Once the Seem is soft, turn off the heat.
