Lauki Ke Chilke Ki Sabji: A Simple and Delicious Recipe

Peel the skin of the lauki with a vegetable peeler

– Cut the lauki peel into thin, noodle-like shapes.

– Heat oil in a non-stick pan on low heat.Add kalongi to the oil and saute for a few seconds.

– Add the lauki chilka, turmeric powder,green chilli and salt to the pan.mix well

– Mix well and cover the pan with a lid.Cook the chilka on low heat for 10 minutes or until it becomes soft. – Remove the lid and stir the sabji. – Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to remove any excess water.

– Serve hot with rice roti or paratha.
