– Soak the dry fish in hot water for 2 minutes.Wash the fish 4 to 5 times with water.Keep the fish aside.


– Fry the dry fish for 1 minute and keep it aside.

– In the same oil, add the chopped onions and deep fry for 5 to 9 minutes until they turn golden brown.

– Add ginger-garlic paste and Add green chillies, cook for 2 minutes.

– add haldi powder, red chilli powder, salt and cook for 1 minutes.

– Add the fried dry fish and dhaniya leaves and mix well for 1 minute

– If required, add a little water and cover the pan.

– Cook for 5 more minutes on low heat so that the fish flavor mixes well with the spices.

Garnish with dhaniya leaves and serve hot.
