– Cook the mixture on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

– After 5 minutes, cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low. – Allow the vegetables to cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the papaya and potatoes are tender. You can check the doneness by piercing them with a fork.

– If the vegetables are not cooked through, continue to cook for a few more minutes until they are soft and tender.

– Once the vegetables are cooked, add the cumin powder (geera powder), garam masala powder, and coriander leaves.

– Increase the heat to high and mix well for 2 minutes to enhance the flavors.
