– Wash the papaya, potatoes, tomatoes, and green chillies thoroughly. – Peel the papaya and potatoes, and cut them into cubes. – Chop the tomatoes and green chillies.

– Heat oil in a pan and add the bay leaf and dry chilli. – Add the cumin seeds (geera) and allow them to splutter.

– Add the papaya and potato cubes, along with the chopped tomatoes and green chillies. – Sprinkle turmeric (haldi) and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the spices.

– Cook the mixture on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

– After 5 minutes, cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low. – Allow the vegetables to cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the papaya and potatoes are tender

– You can check the doneness by piercing them with a fork.

– Once the vegetables are cooked, add the cumin powder (geera powder), garam masala powder, and coriander leaves.
