Masala Preparation

fry all together and make a fine paste by using grinder also add 1 teaspoon geera,dhaniya,garam masala,fenel seeds

fry the paneer until they turn golden brown.

To make the paneer soft and tender, soak it in hot salt water for one minute

After one minute, remove the paneer from the water and set it aside.fry potatos

In the same pan, add some more oil and add the following spices: 1 red chili ,geera Fry the spices for a few seconds until they become fragrant.

Add the masala paste and turmaric,red chilli powder and fry until the oil separates from the masala.

– Add the fried potatoes to the pan with the spices. Mix everything together and fry for a few minutes until the potatoes are coated with the spices.

Add 1 cup of water

Add the cubed fry paneer to the pan and stir gently to coat with the sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the paneer is soft

Add the 2 tablespoon of yogurt and salt, to taste. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the flavors have melded together.

Garnish with fresh dhaniya and serve hot with rice or naan.
